Hospitalized Patients.

All hospitalized patients are monitored continuously throughout their stay. There are always doctors and technicians on duty during the hours we are open. We maintain state-of-the-art equipment and a staff that is competent and dedicated.

Except for immediate, life-saving efforts, the doctor will explain suggested testing and treatment for your approval before it is performed. Before your pet is hospitalized, the doctor will explain the proposed treatment plan to you, and , if requested, give you an estimate of the expenses involved. This is only an estimate. We will not compromise the quality of care to meet an estimate, although, we will contact you, if possible, before appreciably exceeding the estimate.

All hospitalized patients must be picked up by 7:30 am on the following morning for discharge or immediate transfer to your regular veterinarian (except on Sunday and some holiday mornings).
